If you want to purchase the NF-4, please send me your ship-to-zipcode so I can calculate the freight.  I will also need your telephone number for shipping.

Payment can be made by PayPal, money order, or a certified bank check.  If you would like to make payment by money order or a bank check, please make out your payment to J. Ballard Enterprises, Inc. and send to 1118 Asheford Green Avenue Concord, NC  28027. 

I am not set up to take a credit card at this time.  I can, however, send you an invoice via PayPal and then you can follow the secured link to make payment with your credit card.  PayPal notifies me when payment is made and I will then ship the package.  You do not have to have a PayPal account now (as you did in the past) in order to pay with your credit card through PayPal.  I have been using this method since 2002 and have never had a problem.  If you would like an invoice, please click the "Contact Us" tab and list the items in the "Comment" section that you would like to purchase along with your ship-to-zipcode.  I will then send you an itemized invoice.  If you would like to purchase a spine tool, please indicate which tool you want (either the Pro or Standard model).
