All I can say is:"cool tool." The extractor was here when I arrived home from work. Unfortunately, I had a Board Meeting at our local course. When I returned home, I pulled a 35 year old Titleist Acushnet 2-iron from the surplus club rack. I figured if it could take the head off that shaft, it would easily work on any "younger" club. Eight pumps and a little heat-- and off the head came... and I noticed that the shaft was slightly bent: starting at the top of the hosel. Next, I removed an SW head from a 10-iron set recently purchased for the premium graphite shafts: effortless removal; shaft in perfect condition.

And to think of all the time I've wasted over the years trying-- hoping that a $50. 00 extractor would #1 work and #2 do no damage to the shaft. I should have purchased one of these from you long ago.

I now have about 45 clubs de-shafted without a hitch: it's nice to face a re-shafting project knowing that it will work rather than wondering if it will work.

NOT A QUESTION FOR SELLER-- THIS IS AN ANSWER FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS: I bought one of these extractors 3 years ago, and 4000 clubs later, it's still going strong. Very easy to use and results are flawless, even on bore-thru heads.

Got the puller today and just pulled a shaft with it. I have to say I was a bit skeptical of your product when I purchased it, having been conditioned to think that something has to be expensive to be quality. But based on the reviews you have on the net, I decided to give your product a whirl. After this first pull, all I can say is "Wow!" You have an excellent product here. I didn't imagine that you could feel things through the hydralic jack like you can. I started giving the head some heat and after a minute, gently hit the pump. I felt resistance, so I gave it 20 more seconds of heat and tried again. No dice. After 20 more seconds of heat, I felt no resistance at all in the handle and pumped the head right off. The head looked great and the shaft look better. I am a very satisfied customer and will post feedback for you on eBay immediately. I will also be posting a review for www.4gea.com and www.golfwrx.com in the next few days.

Just shooting a short email to tell you that I received the Jr. Extractor that I ordered and within about 20 minutes from opening it, I had every iron and driver pulled that I owned. This thing is amazing. It is so easy to use. I took it yesterday morning up to my regular builder; he is in the market for a new puller and was very interested in your product after looking at the website. I had a TaylorMade 5 wood with me for a test run. The look on his face when the head popped off in about a minute with a heat gun was well worth the drive over to his shop. He is a very quiet guy and usually all business when it comes to clubs...no chitchat ever. I didn't get out of his shop until just over an hour later. The results were amazing but it was the price that he was so impressed with. He winters in Fla. so I would expect an order from a Sonny Burke sometime in the next few months. That being said here is my testimonial.....A monkey could use this product...it's that simple. CLAMP....PUMP PUMP.....HEAT.....PUMP....DONE. The money that this product would have saved me over the past 3 years of long drive would have allowed me to buy three more Extractors. I cannot even express how well this thing works. You're the man!! I've pulled about 50 shafts since my purchase and have not been able to find a single flaw.

I did encounter a little deflection a couple of weeks ago on an old set of Wilson iron heads I was removing. When the first head finally let go, I realized someone had installed hosel pins and polished them up so they was almost undetectable. After this earth-shaking discovery, the rest came off without a hitch!! Boy did I feel stupid.

The puller is performing simply fantastic and I cannot tell you how thankful I am.

I just received the puller and spine finder. You are a true craftsman. I pulled two shafts in 10 minutes with only a heat gun.

I received the Junior shaft extractor and spine tool today. I have already put them into use on several shafts, and they are awesome !!

This rocks! I just used it to pull four heads and it took me less than an hour to set the extractor up, figure out how to use it and pull them all. (Given I have never pulled a head before period, that seemed pretty darn quick to me!). : )

Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how impressed I was with the JB Extractor I purchased on e-bay. I just make and fix clubs as a hobby and I have had a couple other extractors that did not work all that well. Had to mess around turning a wrench for pressure on the club head, turn screws to retighten the holding grip , stripped bolts etc.
You unit is extremely easy to work with and does a fantastic job. I was also extremely pleased by the quality of the unit. Very well made and thought out. I'm a believer. Did some re shafting this afternoon and did two sets of irons. One steel and one graphite. The extractor worked like a champ on getting the heads of both sets. Just really a great tool. Easy to set up on it's own (no other vise needed to keep in place) & easy to operate..... don't need three hands. Again, for the price, one of the best tools I have ever purchased.

Just wanted to let you know that my shaft puller arrived today and I just pulled the Aldila NV shaft off my 3 wood. All I can say is fantastic!!! Thanks again for an excellent transaction and a real quality piece of engineering! I got the shaft out without any damage in around 30 seconds. Not bad for the first time out!!

Just a quick note to let you know I 'fired up' the shaft extractor yesterday afternoon and went to work on three clubs that needed to have heads pulled and reshafted. Sweet! If you ever have anyone ask you, before purchasing, for a reference, please send them my way. This beauty was/is worth every penny. I've got about fifty clubs to pull apart for a project and I'm convinced that not only will I get perfect results, but you've cut the amount of time I'd normally spend 'babying' the process by 75%. Great job, great product, and thanks. Now I only hope I am as handy with the spine finder!

This damn thing works GREAT!!!!! I'm using a heat gun and taking less than 2 minutes each. Already had a spine aligner...which is why I popped for the Jr. Extractor...GREAT PRODUCTS!!

I came home today to find the JB Jr. delivered to my door! It was delivered on Monday and I only made the PayPal payment on Friday! Terrific service! I am preparing for some shaft changes this coming weekend but I had to go and try it out. I grabbed an old iron and after about 15 seconds, with a micro-torch, the head lifted right off!! Wow, wow!

Hi, JB, I just received you puller two days ago and this morning I decided to give it a try. Well, I pulled my first two shafts with so much ease I could not believe it. I am just a hobbiest and it cost me twenty bucks every time I want to have a shaft changed at my local pro shop, but no more. They have lost my business forever thanks to a great tool.
